Fort Meigs "Muster on the Maumee" - Perrysburg, OH
Max effort. Muster on the Maumee is one of the nation's largest and most diverse timeline events.  See the evolution of the common soldier from the Roman Legionnaire to the Vietnam G.I.  Costumed interpreters from throughout the United States and Canada demonstrate weapons, skills, trades, and camp life activities from the many different time periods. Also featuring historic vendors, craftsmen, and performers.

Waterloo Farm Blacksith Festival/Log Cabin Days - Waterloo, MI
Log Cabin Day, Education Day, Blacksmith Festival and Civil War Encampment. Participate in a Michigan celebration honoring old and new log cabins throughout the state. Observe encamped Civil War soldiers - cooking, music, and drill. Also, view many regional blacksmiths demonstrating their traditional iron working skills

Melcher/Root Wedding Formal Ball- Crossroads Village, Flint, MI
Invited 5th Ky members and period guests - A Formal Ball to Celebrate the Union of Marriage of Ms. Sandra L Melcher to Mr. Michael D Root. Receiving Line at 6:30pm. Grand March begins at 7:00pm. Drinks & Refreshments will be severed.

12th - 14th
Encampment at Wildwood Preserve- Toledo, OH
Typically 200+ reenactors and a small array of sutlers including Ezra Barnhouse Drygoods. This year, entertainment from the Mockingbird Theatre Company has been added. The Historical Programs Department of the Toledo Metroparks coordinates various activities throughout the weekend as well, including tours, various demonstrations, music, textiles, lectures, kids games and more.

19th - 21st
Battalion Event - TBD
Medich Battalion max effort event. Chickamauga has been cancelled, but it has been decided to have a battalion event this weekend in any event. It is currently TBD, but the thought is that it will occur at Sharpsburg National Battlefield Park, being similar to the event in 2006.

11th & 12th
Waterloo Farm Pioneer Day - Waterloo, MI
This fall festival is a cornucopia of activities including rug-hooking, quilting, spinning, wagon rides, and much more. Fall produce and baked goods are offered for sale. The forge is fired, the bake oven spews out molasses cookies, and cool butter is sampled. The house and all the outbuildings are open for tours. Dewey School has special activities for children. This is the most exciting afternoon of the season. Admission fee to grounds.
